Dawn Hoosier-Paty is a certified family nurse practitioner with Vascular Health Partners of Community Care Physicians. She is from New York and was formerly a surgical ICU nurse at Albany Medical Center for eight years. Dawn worked as a vascular nurse clinician for four years and has her Bachelor of Science in nursing from SUNY New Paltz as well as a certification in vascular nursing. She subsequently obtained her Master of Science in nursing, family nurse practitioner from Russell Sage College and has worked in this capacity for over 19 years. Dawn is a member of the Society of Vascular Nursing and a founding member and current President of The Northeast Chapter of The Society of Vascular Nursing.
